The biggest of our apartments comes with a spacious living space of 108 m² and 3 bedrooms including en suite bathrooms and provides perfect relaxation for up to 8 people. Enjoy the vast possibilities and the spectacular view over the Alps – together with your loved ones. Whether it’s summer or winter: Nothing stands in your way for a relaxing vacation in the mountains.
For 6-8 people including a private infrared cabin, an eat-in kitchen with a dining table for 10 people, and a sofa bed (works as a proper, additional double bed); 4 double bedrooms with real wooden beds and cold foam mattresses; plenty of space for your (sports) clothes and more… Bathroom with soft towels, a rain shower, hairdryer and make-up mirror; WC is separate; Grander water!
In addition, treat yourself well and relax in the infrared cabin that is installed in your penthouse. Infrared radiation transfers heat to the skin without contact. It only transfers heat and has no effect in itself. The heat protection mechanisms of the skin are least affected by this type of heat transfer. The perfect treat after an adventurous day! The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a LED-TV, a modern high-quality brandname kitchen (DAN) and a full set of household appliances (a ceramic glass cooktop, a microwave with a grill function, an extractor hood, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a freezer compartment), a coffee machine, and a toaster. Complete cutlery set,
cooking utensils and dishes.

the ski area’s valley station is about 5 minutes from our house by bus. The ski bus stops right in front of the house!

Bedroom In order to confirm your booking, a confirmation of availability from our side and a deposit to the value of 30 % of the apartment price is required (IBAN: AT202060403103042762, BIC: SPFKAT2BXXX (Sparkasse der Stadt Feldkirch). All prices include VAT.
The prices are per day and apartment and include bed linen, bath towels, towels, dish towels, cooking utensils and dishes, all energy costs and one parking space in front of the house, free LAN/ WIFI.
Winter season: Booking policy: Saturday – Saturday, January: Sunday – Wednesday, Wednesday – Sunday. Summer season: Minimum stay 3 (-4) days
Not included: city tax (€2,80 per person and day for guests aged 14 and above); final cleaning fee (1.05 € / m2); compensation for damage and loss of inventory. The price is set for 6 people, for every further person (max. 8 people in total) there will be a surcharge of 40 € per night and person.
Secure storage for skis or snowboards, ski boot dryer at the ski area’s valley station (optional for an extra fee).
