Historical entrance hall, cross vault, thick walls… The walls date back to the years 1480-1510 AD. This is where history comes to life and in particular our double room “Blackberry” allows us to perceive a long tradition: the vaulted ceiling tells endless stories about the former smokehouse. We carefully restored the ceiling as well as the walls and invite you to dive into their history. Experience it yourself and who knows… you might find a story that has never been told before!
Our entire “Forest Floor” is located on the main floor and is easily accessible. We offer three different types of use:
• As a spacious shared apartment with 4 double rooms in winter with 110 m2 that hosts 8-14 people,
• as a family apartment with 2 double rooms and for 3-5 people during off-season or as a standard double room for couples and individual travelers in summer.

On our Forest Floor we grow amber, blackberries, cranberries and mountain azalea. These are the names of the rooms in the Forest Floor apartment. You can book all of them individually as well…
For 8-14 people including a cozy eat-in kitchen with a dining table for up to 10 people, and a sofa bed (can be used as a proper, additional double bed); 4 double bedrooms with real wooden beds and cold foam mattresses; 3 rooms with an additional sofa bed (not in room Blackberry) plenty of space for your (sports) clothes and more…
Each double room comes with digital TV as well as an en-suite bathroom with soft towels, rain shower, hairdryer and make-up mirror and toilet; Grander water!
The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with an LED-TV, a modern high-quality brand-name kitchen (DAN) and a full set of household appliances (a ceramic glass cooktop, a microwave with a grill function, an extractor hood, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a freezer compartment), a coffee machine, and a toaster. Complete cutlery set, cooking utensils and dishes.

the ski area’s valley station is about 5 minutes from our house by bus. The ski bus stops right in front of the house!

In order to confirm your booking, a confirmation of availability from our side and a deposit to the value of 30 % of the apartment price is required (IBAN: AT202060403103042762, BIC: SPFKAT2BXXX (Sparkasse der Stadt Feldkirch). All prices include VAT.
The prices are per day and apartment and include bed linen, bath towels, towels, dish towels, cooking utensils and dishes, all energy costs and one parking space in front of the house, free LAN/ WIFI.
Winter season: Booking policy: Saturday – Saturday, January: Sunday – Wednesday, Wednesday – Sunday. Summer season: Minimum stay 3 (-4) days
Not included: city tax (€2,80 per person and day for guests aged 14 and above); final cleaning fee (1.05 € / m2); compensation for damage and loss of inventory. The price is set for 6 people, for every further person (max. 10 people in total) there will be a surcharge of 40 € per night and person.
